Swift response to my crisis. Really friendly helpful staff. Put me at ease. Please they helped me finally diagnose and understand my mental health disorder.

I will endeavour to ensure that in future we meet your needs and the needs of other services users to ensure a smooth discharged has been agreed by the multidisciplinary team, family, carers and most importantly co-produced by the service user. We will ensure that we listen to your views and concerns in the future. As the ward matron, I will monitor this process closely to improve our service.
